Solid gear for travel

I recently picked up the AT Pant and a StrongCore Merino Tee for an upcoming trip. The ordering process on the website was straightforward, no issues there. Shipping took around 6 business days, which is pretty standard. When they arrived, I tried them on right away. The AT Pants fit really well and seem quite rugged, good for hiking. The Merino Tee is soft and feels great against the skin. I had a quick question about washing instructions for the merino, and their online chat support was helpful and quick to respond. I appreciate that the clothes feel designed for actual use, not just fashion. They seem like they'll hold up well.

Consistent quality, keeps me coming back

This isn't my first order from Western Rise, and once again, they delivered. I've bought the Evolution Pants before, and this time I got the AirLoft Quilted Jacket and an X Cotton Tee. The jacket is surprisingly warm for how light it is, which is great for layering. The X Cotton Tee is just as soft and well-fitting as the one I got last year. What I like most is the consistency; I know what to expect in terms of fit and quality every time I order. That reliability is why I keep choosing them over other brands when I need new travel or everyday clothes.

Love my new shirt

So I got the Session Sun Hoody, and it's really comfy. I wore it out on a sunny day, and it felt super breathable, didn't get all sweaty. The color looked just like it did on their site, which is always good. Delivery took a little over a week, but no big deal. It feels like good quality, so I'm happy with it. Would probably grab another one in a different color.

Best pants ever!

I just received my new Spectrum Joggers and they are amazing! The fabric is so comfortable, and they look really sharp. I wore them on a long flight and then straight to a dinner, and they felt perfect the whole time. I'm definitely going to buy more of these, and I've already told my brother he needs to get a pair. Western Rise really nailed it with these!

Good quality, delivery could be faster

I ordered the Evolution Pant and the Limitless Merino Shirt a few weeks ago. The quality of both items is definitely high, and they feel very durable. The Evolution Pants are comfortable for travel, just like advertised. My only minor gripe was the shipping; it took about 8 days to reach me in Florida, which felt a bit long. Customer service was responsive when I inquired about the tracking, so that was good. Overall, I'm satisfied with the purchase and the value.

If I buy a couple of their pants, can I use a first-time customer discount AND one of the bundle deals they have? Or is it one or the other?

A Anthony G. 3 weeks ago
Nah, pretty sure you can't stack discounts. It's usually either the first-time offer or the bundle pricing. They make you choose at checkout.

B Brian Carter 3 weeks ago
Yeah, they're pretty strict about that. Tried to do it with a Black Friday deal and a referral code once, no dice. Pick your best discount.

Hey, thinking about the AirLoft Jacket but Lululemon also has some stuff I like. Anyone got experience with both? What's the main difference or reason to go with WR?

E Emma Davis 2 weeks ago
I have both. The AirLoft feels a bit more 'rugged' or outdoorsy to me, while Lululemon is usually softer and more athleisure focused. WR seems to hold up to travel abuse better, just feels more substantial.

WR is generally more focused on technical performance for travel and outdoor stuff. Lululemon is great for gym and casual, but for something that needs to perform in various conditions, I'd lean WR. Their fabrics just feel more durable.

Hey guys, thinking of grabbing some of their pants. How's the sizing, particularly for the Evolution or AT pants? I'm usually a 32 waist in most brands.

L Linda Thomas 5 days ago
I'd say they're pretty true to size, maybe a tiny bit on the athletic side. My 32s fit like my other 32s, just a bit more tailored. Definitely not vanity sizing though.

Yeah, I wear the same size as my Levi's or other outdoor brands. They're consistent. If you're between sizes, maybe go up one for more room in the thighs, but otherwise, stick to your usual.

quick question, are these pants actually water resistant? like, can i walk through a light rain without getting soaked or is it more like 'a little splash is fine'?

A Amanda Green 4 days ago
Definitely more than 'a little splash'. I've worn my Evolution pants in decent downpours on trips and stayed dry. Water beads right off. Not fully waterproof like rain gear, but really good for light to moderate rain.

W William Allen 2 days ago
Yeah, they hold up surprisingly well. I spilled coffee on mine once, and it just rolled off. For actual rain, they'll keep you dry for a bit, but don't expect them to be like full rain shells.

Does anyone know if Western Rise does that military discount thing? My buddy told me some brands offer it but wasn't sure about these guys.

J Jason Thompson 2 weeks ago
Yeah, they do. My brother got it. I think you just verify through one of those services at checkout.

They totally do! Also healthcare workers, which is pretty cool. Just look for the link in the cart or something.
